Apart from the material energies, there is a superior energy of Mine, which is present in living entities.


Earth,water,fire,air,ether,mind,intelligence & false ego - together these 8 constitute My separated material energies.


Of 1000s of men, one may strive for perfection, & of those who have achieved perfection, hardly one knows Me in truth.


I shall declare to you the knowledge to know me. This being known, nothing further shall remain for you to know.


Now hear, how by practicing yoga in full consciousness of Me, you can know Me in full, free from doubt.
