One who restrains the senses but whose mind dwells on sense objects, deludes himself and is a pretender.
Do not yield to this degrading impotence. It does not become you. Give up weakness of heart and arise.
The mind is restless and difficult to restrain, but it is subdued by practice.
Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.
The mind acts like an enemy for those who do not control it.
